Refund Policy

Althea Wellness Company Effective Date: July 7, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all coaching sessions, breathwork sessions, programs, and packages purchased through Althea Wellness Company ("Althea Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Please read it carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Single Sessions
  • Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule, at your choice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, or failure to show up ("no-shows"), are not eligible for a refund. We are happy to offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion if you reach out promptly.

  • Refund requests must be submitted by emailing altheawellnesscompany@gmail.com.

2. Coaching Packages and Multi-Session Programs
  • If you decide a package or program is not the right fit, you may request a refund for any unused sessions, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Sessions already completed, and any session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for partially used packages will be calculated by deducting the standard single-session rate for each session already completed (or missed without adequate notice) from the total amount paid.

  • After 14 days from purchase, packages and programs are non-refundable, though remaining sessions may still be used according to the original package terms and any applicable expiration date.

3. Breathwork Sessions

Because breathwork sessions are experiential and time-limited, the same cancellation and refund timelines above apply. Due to the personal, embodied nature of this work, we encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns before booking so we can help you decide if it's the right fit.

4. Digital Content, Downloads, and Recorded Materials

Any digital guides, recordings, or downloadable materials included with a session or program are non-refundable once access has been provided or the material has been downloaded, due to the nature of digital content.

5. Satisfaction and Fit

We want our work together to genuinely support you. If you're unsure whether coaching or breathwork is right for you, we encourage you to reach out before booking to ask questions or discuss your goals. That said, coaching and breathwork are personal, subjective processes, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results — refunds are not issued solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with results, only according to the timelines and conditions described above.

6. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of approval.

7. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion, including in cases of illness, emergency, or extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions can be sent to the email above and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
