Althea Wellness provides nervous-system-led health coaching, breathwork sessions, and related lifestyle and wellness guidance. Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are designed to help clients explore nervous system regulation, stress physiology, and lifestyle habits that may relate to digestive and overall wellbeing.

2. Not Medical Advice

Althea Wellness and its practitioners are not physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers, unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing provided through the Site or Services — including consultations, coaching sessions, breathwork sessions, written materials, or any communication — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

• You should always consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, supplement regimen, or healthcare routine, and before starting any coaching or breathwork practice, particularly if you have a pre-existing physical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

• Never disregard, delay, or discontinue medical treatment because of information or guidance received through Althea Wellness.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

4. Bookings, Consultations, and Sessions

• Consultations and sessions are booked through our online scheduling system. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and health history information at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or discontinue services at our discretion, including where we determine that coaching or breathwork is not appropriate for your circumstances or that a referral to a licensed medical or mental health provider is more suitable.

• Breathwork sessions can involve intense physical and emotional sensations. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for communicating any relevant physical or mental health conditions before your session, and for stopping or modifying practice at any time you feel it is unsafe or unwise to continue.

5. Payment and Refunds

Fees for Services will be communicated to you prior to booking or purchase. Payment terms, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By booking a session or program, you agree to that policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information about your health history and circumstances when requested.

• Use good judgment regarding your own physical and emotional limits during coaching and breathwork sessions.

• Seek appropriate medical or emergency care when needed, rather than relying on Althea Wellness for urgent or emergency health needs.

• Use the Site and Services lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its booking systems.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of information you share with us in connection with coaching and breathwork sessions. Note that, unlike licensed healthcare providers, our services are not covered by HIPAA or formal therapist-client privilege unless expressly stated.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the "Inner Rewiring Method™," text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials — is the property of Althea Wellness or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

• You acknowledge that coaching and breathwork carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional release, dizziness, or changes in mood or perception, and you voluntarily assume these risks.

• Althea Wellness, its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health, income, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Althea Wellness for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law (for example, liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, where applicable).
