Why I Facilitate Breathwork
My journey with breathwork began when a dear friend offered me a session. I had heard wonderful things about the practice and was excited to try it, though I was also nervous stepping into something new. As I settled into the experience and focused on the breath, layers of tension and anxiety began to surface.

During that first session, I became aware of a deeply rooted belief that had been quietly influencing my life for years. It was a powerful reminder that many of our patterns live beneath conscious awareness, shaping how we think, feel, and show up in the world. That realization sparked a profound shift in how I related to myself.
​
What surprised me most was that the benefits extended far beyond the emotional experience. Through breathwork, I learned how to better regulate my nervous system, breathe more deeply with my diaphragm, and move through stress with greater ease. I also noticed positive changes in my digestion, energy, and overall sense of wellbeing.
