Explore Breathwork with your friend or partner. These private sessions are designed to help you move beyond thinking and into feeling. We'll use guided breathwork to access deeper layers of the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for insight, healing, and emotional freedom. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and deeply connected to themselves.

Cancellation Policy
At Little Goddess Foods, we are committed to offering intentional, grounded space, and advice, for you to embrace better health both physically and emotionally. Out of respect for both your time and mine, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. 1. Individual Breathwork Sessions Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. 2. 10 Session Breathwork Plans: Commitment: all 10-session plans must be used within 3 months of purchase. Refund Policy: 10 session breathwork plans are refundable but you will be required to pay for all the discounted sessions which you received under the plan at full price ($150 each). Unused Sessions: If you choose not to complete the sessions within the allotted 3 months, you are still required to pay the full price of the plan. Late Cancellations: Cancellations later than 24 hrs of notice will be charged a 50% fee based on the discounted session price. Transfer Policy: Session plans are non-transferable to other individuals unless otherwise approved. 3. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies can arise. In these cases, please contact me directly as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at our discretion. 4.
